Act as liaison with property management teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests, address member concerns, and execute new leases

Assume ownership and manage relationships of key accounts within a portfolio of properties

Overcome sales objections; close for the sale

Track progress of loan, options and construction

Maintenance of all lot files/sales files

Minimum 3 years outside business-to-business sales or account management experience.

Collaborate between customer service, sales administration and sales management to complete job functions.

Selling medical solutions to all levels of decision makers including owners, senior clinical officers and purchasing managers.

Developing a strong knowledge base about Medline’s very large product catalog and numerous value added programs and services.

Proven ability to manage full life cycle projects and bring projects in on time.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5 years of experience in food distribution industry

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
