Maintains files on all clinical and nursing staff members regarding benefit time, supervision notes, etc.
Screen all calls directed to clinical and nursing office and distribute messages accordingly.
Assist staff of clinical department with office documents such as letters and memos.
Transcribe all business letters, personal letters, back to work letters and interoffice correspondence for both the Nursing Supervisor and Medical Director.
Responsible for distribution of all incoming clinical staff mail and outgoing clinical staff and client mailings.
Process and respond to all mail inquiries directed by the Director of Nursing or Medical Director.
