6+ years of professional experience working within the philanthropic, non-profit and/or other relevant fields

Direct experience working on Israel-related projects and/or organizations and work with diverse Jewish communities

Knowledge of the Jewish community required

Experience applying a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens to leadership projects and programs preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong project management and operational experience;

8+ years of experience in and an excellent working knowledge of the organized Jewish community;

Manage a portfolio of grants;

Bring your unique skill sets to the MF team, while developing new skills and expertise.

Moderate (or greater) experience engaging with strategic philanthropy;

Demonstrated experience distilling complex information to form opinions, vocalize arguments, develop recommendations, and navigate implementation;

While this role will be conducting interviews, this is not a recruiter role.

Interview Sessions: Complete interview sessions reliably as scheduled. This includes:

Planning: Reviewing notes about the interviewee in advance of the session.

Interviewing: Conducting the interview sessions according to our Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and quality standards.

Notes: Writing up notes on the interview, creating notes for video editors on when to cut, and stop.

Time Tracking: Tracking your time in a detailed way so we are able to improve our processes and products.
