Janitorial Maintenance Technician Jobs in Texas

Work directly with Store Management Teams and Vendors to oversee repairs and maintenance of store equipment

Report unsafe conditions to General Manager

Previous maintenance and supervisory experience required

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

Plan, direct, and control the efforts of the Maintenance staff

Direct training of employees to improve work performance and acquaint staff with company policies and procedures

Manually clean and use light commercial motorized cleaning equipment

Execute cleaning in accordance with store cleaning matrix

Light maintenance to all elements of store equipment

Observe safety and security procedures

Daily cleaning of all common areas (pool deck, pool furniture, stairwells, elevators, carports, etc.).
