Shall possess at least 5 years of experience in the management and supervision of commercial and institutional janitorial services.

Experience managing staff of shift workers preferred to include hiring, performance management and separations.

Manage janitorial staff to ensure performance standards are met for the site as well as company requirements.

Working with Shared Services team, responsible for full cycle staffing of janitors to include, interviewing, hiring, performance management and separations.

Manages the janitorial program and monitors work schedules of all personnel to ensure operation is within the listed Schedule of Services.

Conducts quality assurance checks and manages materials inventory general use.

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Perform other duties assigned by the management team.

Always maintain a professional appearance.

Ensure the work area is clean and organized.

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, restrooms, showers, glass/mirror, and other duties assigned.)

Maintain shop clean and organized. Empty trash containers daily.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, detail orientation with solid analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

Drive performance management in performance reviews, setting clear job expectations, coaching and directing staff, and using disciplinary action when necessary.

Effectively recruit, manage, and lead a team of professional employees and supervisors with focus on continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3 to 5 years of experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.

Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates

Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer

2 years of experience in management capacity with service government company

● Rag management - wash fold and deliver to jobsites

Field Management completion bonus (complete training program 90 days)

Admin work technical capabilities basic cpu knowledge, (use of documents and spreadsheets)

● Learning how to clean and manage current accounts
