Ivf Production Manager Jobs

Extensive knowledge of the operations of an ART Laboratory, Quality & Risk Management and Improvement principles and practices

Basic understanding of Budgetary and Resource Management processes

Oversee routine laboratory & clinic administration, ensuring adherence to Accreditation requirements and utilization of correct policies and procedures

7+ years of hands on experience in human IVF field.

Extensive knowledge of existing regulations and legislation regarding human assisted conception.

Basic knowledge of Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Microbiology as they relate to assisted human conception.

Review unbilled charge reports and follow up with physicians and/or practice management for unbilled services.

Serve as resource to physicians, staff, and management regarding local and national coding and reimbursement policies.

Take initiative to teach and share new information and provide constructive feedback. Communicate delays and workqueue issues to management daily.

Partners with Patient Access Center and Central Billing Office team members to support collaboration and promote a positive patient experience.

Monitor reports and assigned work queues, ensuring coding, charge submission and accounts receivable follow-up is occurring on a timely basis.

Perform charge reconciliation to validate all revenue is captured.

Review unbilled charge reports and follow up with physicians and/or practice management for unbilled services.

Experience leading, training, and developing teams.

In-depth technical and scientific knowledge of bovine IVF, embryology and reproductive physiology.

Experience communicating with customers and key stakeholders for the purpose of consulting and result improvement
