Iso Security Specialist Jobs

ISO Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO standards, preferably with experience in implementing and maintaining ISO certifications.

Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Documentation Management: Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-related documentation, such as policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.

Risk Management: Assist in the identification and assessment of ISO-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain ISO-related reports, metrics, and key performance indicators to monitor compliance and communicate performance to management.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Manage and support internal and external audits to confirm departments ISO compliance.

Manage and maintain department documentation system to comply with AAP, North America and Global quality standards.

Confirmation of department training and adherence to AAP calibration requirements to drive on time completion of calibration and/or documentation.

Manage and report status of all Mass Production change point documentation to ensure traceability and final closure.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring business acquired through previous work experience.

Develops and maintains an annual "onsite audit program" policy, procedure and process in accordance with card network and regulatory requirements.

Supports TPP Underwriting Manager in due diligence reviews of ISO's third parties.

Engage internal and external resources to collaborate within the Vulnerability Management Program requirements, deliverables and timeframes.

Provide single-pane visibility of current engagements for operational and management visibility and progress.

Coordinate communications and project management related to SecOps.

Work cross-functionally with other peers and units to establish unit deliverables, security objectives and requirements.

Lead and support in the development, revision & enhancement of Cybersecurity processes, procedures, runbooks related to SecOps functions.
