Overview ISD Technician III is a professional position responsible for providing technical support and services to customers and internal staff. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in the areas of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software. Detailed Job Description ISD Technician III is responsible for providing technical support and services to customers and internal staff. This includes installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software. The technician will also be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal staff, as well as responding to customer inquiries and requests. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of networking and network security
• Knowledge of operating systems

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in computer hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience with customer service and technical support
• Knowledge of networking and network security
• Knowledge of operating systems
• Knowledge of computer troubleshooting and repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
