Building and managing the derivatives business plan and internal department alignment

Lead the design market and products

Lead market intelligence and analytics

Create a competitive pricing structure for different classes of traders to boost liquidity and volumes

Identify and strategize opportunities and counter competition in terms of derivative products and services

Senior-level experience in the financial services industry in a similar role, with experience in derivatives and liability-driven investment management.

Risk reporting to the management on a daily basis.

Manage client relationships and build the book of business.

Manage daily liquidity and inventory of positions.

Manage cross-functional work streams to build the desk.

3-7 years of experience managing an OTC derivatives book.

Develop and implement quantitative models and algorithms for pricing and risk management of derivatives products.

Strong expertise in derivatives pricing, risk management, and quantitative modeling.

Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to optimize trading strategies and enhance portfolio performance.

Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or related fields.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Preference for Candidates with "Big 4" Consulting Experience

Training schedule - 4 days onsite (90 days +/-)

· Experience from a “buy-side” Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or Alternative Asse Manager strongly preferred.

· Working knowledge of reference data and security master data from a financial services company.

· 5-10 years of working knowledge and exposure.

· Financial data reporting skills.

· Knowledge of operations workflows.
