Investment Officer I – Analyst Jobs

Good problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Good mathematical skills and the ability to interpret and apply numerical data, statistical spreadsheets and databases

Proficiency and experience using the Microsoft Office suite software, including a basic level of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Experience using SAP, BW, Workiva, or similar software preferred

Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the accounting standards codification (ASC)

Actively participates in all aspects of the development, implementation, and monitoring of Risk Management and Asset Allocation activities.

Recommends overall risk management ideas, tools, research and strategies.

Develops risk assessment metrics for adoption in the total portfolio investment management risk program.

Work with SIO on other projects that might be requested by the Board or executive management.

Manages small projects in the cross-functional team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present concise explanations of complex analyses.

Assist in putting together presentation materials for market updates and investment recommendations
