Investment Banking Accountant Jobs in Texas

Excellent financial modelling, financial statement analysis, and accounting skills/knowledge

Previous experience in the TMT space (ideally in Software, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Applications, FinTech)

Prepare pitch books and live deal materials

Analyse detailed corporate and financial information

Create pitches, develop relationships with clients through deal exaction and primary coverage

2-4 years in investment banking, with significant exposure to M&A processes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business related field

5-10 years of experience with a foundation in private equity, VC or investment banking

Must have prior experience in both building and owning the financial statement models

Soft skills : entrepreneurial, executive presence, confident, interested in being a decision maker

You must live in the Austin, Texas area or willing to relocate for this opportunity.

Reports directly to one of the best CFOs in the Austin marketplace

Hours are 8am -5pm, in the office Monday -Thursday working remote on Friday

Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in Investment Banking supporting Investment Banking executives.

Strong written and verbal skills

Experience processing expense reports for executives

Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level

Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings, and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
