Investigative Attorney Jobs in Washington

2 to 3 years of judicial clerkships OR

A combination of 2 to 4 years of post-law school clerkships and a graduate law degree OR

Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation

Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and competing priorities concurrently

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

Conducting legal research and analysis on sensitive matters.

Providing training on a variety of laws and policies affecting CIA personnel.

If you are relying on your education to meet qualification requirements:

Significant summer law office clerk experience; or

significant summer law office clerk experience; or

To qualify for a GS-13 applicants must possess at least 3-years of professional legal experience following law school graduation.

To qualify for a GS-14 applicants must possess at least 4.5-years of professional legal experience following law school graduation;
