Inventory Purchasing Coordinator Jobs in Minnesota

Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:

Attends continuing education classes and seminars to maintain and improve skill set to better monitor and maintain inventory. *

Pay Range: $20-$26/hour depending on experience.

Manages inventory tracking system that records purchases, deliveries, and distribution. *

Alerts specific Jays sales representative/account manager when custom product needs to be re-ordered. *

Oral and written communication skills

Working experience of vendor management software.

Manage communication on lead time modifications and availability of materials needed.

Strong Microsoft Office experience and familiarity with inventory software.

1-2 years purchasing experience desired.

Solid judgement along with decision making and planning skills.

Report out and analyze purchase demands from the ERP system to determine upcoming needs according to the production schedule.
