Familiar with computers. Willing to learn applicable programs. Employs basic math skills.

Pulls product from inventory per orders to prepare for shipping. Places product into inventory once completed off production line and inspected.

Assembles containers or selects preassembled containers and packs product accordingly. Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons/crates.

Prepares pallets/crates as needed for transport.

Advises office of shipment information (customer name, part number, quantity, traveler number, number of pallets, weight) to facilitate document creation.

Unpacks and examines incoming shipments.

Extensive knowledge of MS Excel is a MUST.

Experience in this position in the Kitchen Cabinet Industry will be a huge PLUS.

5+ years’ experience in inventory, shipping, distribution and operational procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues

Report on inventory activities and variances
