Deferring cash or reducing cash taxes

Management and/or mentoring experience with other staff members

Experience making recommendations to management

Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Manage, train and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process

CPA certification required in the respective state in which they are practicing

Requires at 10+ years of job related experience

Review transfer pricing deliverables to support compliance and provision requirements

Advise Leidos business units with respect to intercompany transactions, transfer pricing requirements and other cross border issues as they arise

Manage foreign indirect/VAT tax audits

At least 5 years of experience specializing in international tax

Hands-on knowledge of US international and foreign tax issues

Excellent communication, financial and economic analysis skills
