International Patient Coordinator Jobs

Coordinates and manages educational/advisory meetings, evaluation tests, and consultations for patients within specified time periods

2 to 4 years of experience in providing patient or international customer service

Documented skills in following standardized protocols, service recovery, and team work

Excellent communication skills required for delivery of sensitive information

Experience working independently and as a team to analyze and resolve problems

Experience with EPIC and proficiency in medical terminology preferred

Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Oversees the entire patient experience for overseas patients ensuring a smooth and positive experience from admitting to discharge.

Assesses and mitigates any negative patient experiences utilizing appropriate service recovery tools.

1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Facilitates and coordinates the handling of complaints and grievances by providing updates/feedback to clinical and non clinical members.

Maintains and updates department database of complaints and resolutions; ensures data integrity.
