Systems, Workflows and Process Improvement Management

Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from individual and other sources.

Respond promptly to inquiry calls.

Assist prospective individuals and their loved ones in seeking treatment.

Refer inquiries to other agencies and community resources when not appropriate for facility assistance or admission.

Communicate all necessary information to appropriate internal staff during the pre-admission process.

Working knowledge of Banner, NOLIJ , and ACES2 or experience with similar admissions database preferred.

Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Knowledge of graduate admissions process.

Physical Requirements And/or Unusual Work Hours

High school diploma or equivalent required.
