Collaborate with clients to understand their specific outsourcing needs, including the type of legal work support, skills required, and cultural fit.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and negotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to manage candidate pipelines and client relationships.

Bachelor's degree a plus but not required if you have the experience
