Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and channel management tools.

Manage a team of high-performing Channel Partner Managers.

Identifying and onboarding new partners to expand the company's reach in the wastewater management sector.

A strong network and existing relationships with engineering firms and partners in the wastewater management sector.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the water utilities sector.

Collaborating with the sales team to support partner enablement, driving partner-led opportunities and coordinating partner marketing activities.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively sell and support our product.

A proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies for software products in the US market.

Must be detail-oriented and must have strong follow up, organizational, and administrative management skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is preferred

Manage expense reports for the executives, ensuring that receipts are submitted in a timely manner and adhere to corporate policy

Minimum of four years of administrative experience

Must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines

Maintain and update executives’ calendar on a daily basis, ensuring that meeting conflicts are handled and that executives can balance priorities
