Several years of experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as general home remodeling and maintenance

Performing carpentry labor while protecting client property from undue dust and debris

Plan and manage the Seattle location budget.

10+ years of experience in general residential design, structural changes and additions, and/or new construction.

No specific degree or certification required, however you must have education and/or experience relevant to job requirements

Solid understanding of construction project management and/or residential construction experience

Ease with technology- experience with Salesforce and/or other customer management systems is a plus

Problem solving, time management, organization and prioritization skills

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a construction, business management or related field

Manage region field operations and Staff to ensure efficiencies and optimization
