Job Description

Are you a visionary leader with expertise in design-build residential remodeling or new home construction? Neil Kelly Company is seeking a General Manager (GM) for our Seattle Operations. As the GM, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations at our Seattle location and will report directly to the CEO. Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Plan and manage the Seattle location budget.
  • Personnel management, including coaching and regular performance reviews.
  • Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing monthly written reports to team members.
  • Plan and execute sales goals and strategy.
  • Frequent travel to job site locations and occasional travel to other business unit locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Represent Neil Kelly Company in the Seattle community, engaging with trade and community organizations.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Thorough knowledge of construction project management, budgeting, and cost estimating.
  • 10+ years of experience in general residential design, structural changes and additions, and/or new construction.
  • Proven track record of both sales and production management.
  • Exemplary experience in leadership and management of employees and trade contractors.
  • Sales leadership, coaching, and training experience.
  • Hiring and recruiting expertise.
  • Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
