Interaction Design Intern Jobs in Iowa

Help conceive, design, develop, test, and launch service experiences, applying systems thinking to experiences that engage people in meaningful ways

Understand our capabilities in cloud engineering, natural language processing, data visualization, and industrial and organizational psychology

Currently in or just graduated from a Masters program in Service Design or Experience Design

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Research, UX Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, Business Design and Value Proposition.

Experience prototyping in and designing with data

Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources

3-4 years of proven work experience as a UI Designer, or similar role

Near Native English skills - spoken and written

Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping software.

Strong design system building skills.

Self-starting and able to manage deadlines while working on team projects

Portfolio of related works (e.g., logos, animations, and graphics) – required for application

Illustration and photography skills are a plus
