Integrations Specialist Jobs

Working knowledge of Integration tools is a must. Experience with Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Alteryx is extremely helpful

Working knowledge of the integration process between core finance systems modules and boundary applications.

Experience using systems designed to manage issues, changes, and testing (ServiceNow, Jira)

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integrations used across all finance applications

Plan, evaluate, and oversee the integration of systems to ensure that legacy and future finance applications work together efficiently

Knowledge of software support life cycle and testing practices

Work with President and VP of Finance to manage deal process, including business diligence, legal diligence, quality of earnings assessment.

Serve as project manager to seamlessly lead all integration efforts.

Recruit general manager to backfill position as leader of newly acquired company / regional operation.

Manage relationships with broker networks to source deals in target geographies.

Ability to implement and manage according to key metrics.

Experience driving cross-functional change based on client feedback.

Participate in and support departmental initiatives. Seek feedback, continuously learn, and take advantage of opportunities to improve knowledge, skill, and experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Payroll, Tax, HR operations, employee data management or related function is required.

Perform the reconciliation of the SAP Organizational Management data and the associated work flow processes

Exposure to Shared Service center applications (especially case management) is preferred.

Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs

6+ years Technical Support expertise

Ability to troubleshoot multiple difficult technical issues with ease and complexity

Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code, with exposure to broader infrastructure services, operating systems, hardware and networking

Ability to discuss issues with the customer and development team and provide solutions to customer cases

Personal commitment to quality and customer service

Manage a team of in-house engineers including day-to-day operations such as sprint planning, ticket writing, and UAT testing.

Strong problem solving skills paired with proactive attitude and action-oriented work ethic

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You have front-line support or technical sales experience for technical products (APIs, feeds, data management services, ETL tools)

Manage Amazon S3, Snowflake, and GCP access

Provide technical knowledge of our products in client-facing emails and calls

Troubleshoot client access issues, either with your own knowledge, or by finding the answer from other teams at our company

You have experience with programming languages used for data ingestion (e.g., Python)

You've worked as a technical writer or you have very strong written communication skills

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Assist USOP’s finance and IT teams with gathering affiliate data for USOP’s data warehouse

· Manage and track multiple acquisitions and integrations concurrently with leadership
