Strong professional communication skills (both verbal and written).

Manage 3rd party vendors such as the landscaper and housekeeper.

Experience in an administrative support or customer service role and/or 1-2 years of relative office experience is preferred.

Provide training with service providers on Home Care program operation and care management functions.

Provide advocacy and assistance for consumers in securing benefits and services when consumer or others are unable to do so.

Participate in in-service training, courses and workshops to maintain professional expertise and develop additional skills.
