Coordinates and evaluates effective implementation of Social Security Administration training policies and procedures regarding case development documentation and adjudication.

Submits reports to Social Security Administration that are used to evaluate Social Security Disability training procedures/policies.

Provide oversight and coordination to agency mentoring programs, fostering both on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.

Identify and negotiate with contractual training consultants and facilities to provide training and related services for the DDS/DDD staff.

Conduct an annual division-wide training needs assessment. Prepare and publish the agency’s annual training plan.

Manage day-to-day operations, data analysis, goal setting, career development, performance management, and process improvement.

Passionate about creating world class training content and experience building customer education programs.

Partner with the curriculum development team on creating the strategy for cross-functional learning experiences to help our customers succeed using Klaviyo.

Effectively manage team operations and utilization of the training team ensuring strong timezone and persona coverage.

Create results-oriented learning experiences that drive product adoption, feature usage, time-to-value, growth, and contribute to achieving Klaviyo’s net revenue retention targets.

Responsible for growing the reach and impact of educational resources while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Project Management and delivery of corporate training programs to include new hire training, progressive tenure-based skills training and system training.

You possess rigorous program management skills coupled with a passion for blended and engaging facilitation.

Execution: Delivering outstanding support to the organization through strong day-to-day business operations, effective project management, and careful oversight of vendors.

Experience designing and delivering effective training programs, including material creation.

Experience with learning and development technologies.

University degree or equivalent business experience required.
