This includes processing claims, providing customer service, and managing paperwork. The assistant must be able to accurately enter data into the system, answer customer inquiries, and provide assistance to the claims adjusters. The assistant must also be able to handle a high volume of calls and emails in a timely manner. Job Skills Required
