As an Insurance Claims Agent, you’ll collect each caller’s information and provide information about what to expect during the claims process, providing clarity and peace of mind. Your ability to listen to and empathize with the caller while staying focused on delivering accurate claim information will be critical to your success. Calls Typically Available:

• "Hour swapping: The capability to exchange your chosen work hours with other members of the team. This is beneficial in case of any pressing matter that requires your attention."
• New version: Release your schedule: Don't limit yourself to working on a day when you would be better off resting.
• Hours are subject to change based on client’s availability & business needs.
• Decide when you want to work. Pick the amount of hours you wish to work each week and arrive on time.
• 7 days a week; 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET
• Recommended: 40+ hours/week
