Former experience of working with RCI

Experience working with scaffold, painting, and insulation (SPI)

“On-call“ hours – Monday – Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm, according to the preliminary order execution schedule.

Other RMC‐approved training/authorization that demonstrates knowledge of proper air sealing and dense pack techniques, job site management, and combustion safety testing

Have insulation and air sealing experience is a plus

DOE Weatherization Crew Chief certification

Have valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Boot Camp Authorization AND Combustion Safety Training (Boot Camp Authorization requires Basic and Advanced Air Sealing Authorizations AND Advanced Insulation Authorization)

Inspect equipment; maintain vehicle service records and make recommendations to management on capital purchases.

Demonstrated computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Hire, train, evaluate, coach, and terminate crew leads and skilled labor; analyze and resolve worker problems.

Create and review daily schedules; assign work to employees using material and labor requirements.

Manage labor; analyze job cost reports.

Read construction project plans to determine construction requirements.

Preference is given to applicants with past experience working for companies that provide fixture installation/merchandising services for big box retailers

General math and problem-solving skills.

6 months in big-box retail associate experience specifically within single or multiple store departments.

6 months of experience in working with store remodels or new store setup teams.

6 months of experience stocking shelves and/or processing freight within a Big Box retail location.

Work & visit different cities and towns across the United States!

Experience in installing kitchen appliances a plus but not required.
