Manage staffing, training, and performance of the department. This includes Coordinator, Project Managers and Technicians.

Manage work of department employees by reviewing metrics and reports. Take necessary steps to correct performance problems.

Review variance numbers and take necessary steps to improve performance within managed group.

Organizational skills required to prioritize work and department goals to meet deadlines.

Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule

Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification

Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging

Formal coursework in project management

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams

Effectively staff projects to meet project budgets and timelines through in-depth knowledge of installer skill sets and qualifications.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Management (Journeyman Installer exp. Highly preferred).

5 plus years-experience o demonstrated experience, knowledge of the products in the floor covering industry

Manage training and development of field installers on established processes, tools, and company standards.

Manage Customer relationships by frequently and effectively communicating with the customer’s project managers, superintendents, and installation teams.

Assure that each installation project meets company quality and safety standards while managing contract compliance requirements (scope) and minimizing costs.
