Inside Sales Lead Generation I Jobs in California

1+ years of product sales account management experience a plus

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience

Three or more years of relevant work experience in a SaaS environment or B2B sales

Previous experience selling into SMB Accounts

3+ years of B2B inside sales experience

Excellent interpersonal and team skills

Concurrently manage a team of Inside Sales Associates while individually managing a book of business

Handle all tactical requirements for new account onboarding including, but not limited to:

Excellent communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills

Sales skills, including persuasion, overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation

Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in retail, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation role

CPG experience preferred; familiarity with cannabis or another highly regulated, fragmented industry a plus
