Insa Cannabis Cultivation Technician Jobs

Proficient computer skills required; POS software and cash management experience required

High school diploma or GED required/Bachelor’s degree in business management or hospitality preferred

Manages dispensary recruiting process with assistance from Human Resources; creates orientation and training procedures for new hires and schedules training shifts

Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience required

At least 5 years of leadership experience required, preferably in a high-volume retail environment

Fluency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel; knowledge of pivot tables and basic formulas required

At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required

Kitchen experience, landscaping, or experience in other fast-paced, physically demanding work environments preferred

Completes regular plant maintenance including bottoming, thinning, topping, and spacing

Completes transplanting (up-potting) to larger containers using proper techniques as dictated by SOPs

Completes proper waste disposal, including weighing and recording of waste in state electronic recordkeeping system

Completes thinning and hanging of harvested plants
