Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

6+ years of experience in CPG Brand Management

Previous project management experience with proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach

Outstanding analytical abilities; Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI

Partner with Finance to determine relevant information for costing and pricing purposes to deliver sales and profit targets.

3+ years of experience in an innovation focused role

10-years or more of manufacturing experience in the agriculture markets with positions held in Marketing, Product Development/Management or Business Development

Identify and originate innovation and business development opportunities leveraging internal and external stakeholders and knowledge systems or networks

Foster strategic partnerships with world-class research institutions and industry organizations to leverage external expertise and promote knowledge exchange

5-years or more of global experience specializing in the development and commercialization of agricultural crop input technologies (i.e., fertilizers, pesticides, biologicals)

5-years or more of experience among cross-functional teams including Legal, Regulatory, Product Development, Research, Formulations, Field Development, Marketing, Communication, and Sales

Experience creating and managing an annual budget in support of 5-year proforma

Education - BS in Engineering or Science

Years of Relevant Experience: 10 years

Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite, including MS Teams

Other Skills (all are preferable, unlikely a single candidate will have this entire background).

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Drug Development and/or Medical devices.

Experience in licensing or other deal making.

May manage and direct other employee(s) work.

Education - BS in Engineering or Science

Years of Relevant Experience: 10 years

Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite, including MS Teams

Other Skills (all are preferable, unlikely a single candidate will have this entire background).

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence as applied to health care and intellectual property.
