• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running optimally.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all IT infrastructure systems.
• Train and mentor team members on new technologies and processes.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that their IT needs are met.
