Expert level knowledge of core AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.

Assemble the project team, identify competencies, and assign resources to development tasks appropriate to individual’s knowledge, skill, and abilities.

Experience in driving Compute projects

- Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines and configuration management.

- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for software deployment.

- Proven experience as a DevOps Architect.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

- Excellent scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience

10+ years of professional experience with leading and contributing to cloud-focused engineering teams to deliver end-to-end cloud transformation

10+ years of leadership experience leading cloud initiatives including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and any other related cloud solutions

Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients

Experience with system maintenance plans and building IT Project Management plans.

Review new AWS services offerings to provide senior leadership recommendations with justified rationalization.

Demonstrate deep understanding of AWS DevOps and apply prior experiences.

Must have expert level networking knowledge.

Experience deploying disaster recovery solutions using AWS.

Minimum level of knowledge is AWS Professional Architect certified, Preferred AWS Professional SysOps certification

Experience on DevOps tools - Gitlab, Cloudformation, Terraform, AWS CDK with Typescript, AWS SSM, Jira, GitLab, CICD, Ansible

Experience in one scripting language - Python, Bash / Powershell

Experience in industry-standard methodologies like Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), and project delivery frameworks (Agile)

Should IT experience of 8+ years in the infrastructure & DevOps space

Experience for technically leading a team of AWS engineers
