Information Technology Services Manager Jobs in Iowa

Experience (typically 3 years or more) performing Human Resources responsibilities, including conducting confidential investigations, in an HR role or HR environment.

Experience consulting with managers on a wide range of HR issues, recommending actions, and influencing change.

Experience with HR Information Systems (including data entry and/or running reports and queries), and/or timekeeping systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships with a wide variety of constituents.
