Informatics Program Manager Jobs

Experience with Genesys Cloud and ability to extract data using Snowflake schema is required.

Experience with analytical tools and BI systems (Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI etc.) in healthcare setting preferred

Ability to understand business requirements and to translate into technical specifications

Infrastructure building (report documentation including but not limited to writing business (technical) requirement documentation, producing quality check documentation etc.)

Directly manage team of 3 analysts supporting customer service center, health plan claims & encounters

Drive business decisions, offer insights, and weigh risks

Help drive the product roadmap and development by working closely with product management and engineering, representing real world customer needs

Manage our specifice software product's implementation projects from early-stage discussions through deployment, training, and growth

At least three years of experience in a life sciences field related to small molecule drug discovery

Experience with computational chemistry or cheminformatics in a research setting

Experience with biologics drug discovery is a big plus

Ensure long term customer success through use of our platform

This position is for an experienced Clinical Application Coordinator with minimum of 2 years e

Python and/or Tableau experience desired.

Experience in translating business problems into analytical approaches, driving solutions, partnering to implement change, and measuring outcomes.

Must have experience in project management and/ or operations management in the context of technology development projects or technology operations

Strong relationship management skills working across strategy, operations, project and technical domains

Understanding of data management and BI technology architecture concepts and principles

BA or BS in management information systems, informatics, operations management, project management, information technology, or another related field

Developing and operationalizing data management and/ or BI policies and procedures

Work closely with the Business and Technology Manager to develop OPH Data Management and Operations strategy and roadmap
