Industrial Project Manager Jobs in Missouri

3-5 years’ experience in project management.

Providing construction management supervision and representing our client in the project construction phase.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant heavy industrial/manufacturing management background.

Proficiency in using project management and other engineering tools.

Collaborating with the Finance Department to assess the feasibility of capital expenditure on projects.

Developing systems to train and transfer support of plant requirements.

Exercise strong time management skills

Regularly keeping management informed of problems, issues, and status of on-going projects

Actively participate on cross functional teams and provide feedback on product offerings

Minimum five years of experience within the lighting industry, three years outside sales experience preferred

Previous lighting and control system knowledge preferred

Effective planning/organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to set priorities

Background of technical skills and understanding of multifamily development, retail, healthcare, education etc. projects.

Schedule subcontractors when needed and manage effective communication to avoid delays in operations.

Coordinate resources with other project managers, general superintendent, project engineer, etc.

Create, update, and distribute the project schedule to ensure project milestones are met.

Facilitate change orders and closeout documentation with clients.

Communicate and coordinate with local municipal inspectors, consulting firms, engineering firms, owner representatives, and local utilities.
