Previous work experience as an industrial maintenance technician.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.

Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems.

Basic computer and report writing skills.

Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.

Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment.

At least 2 years of management experience

Manages a team of industrial engineers to ensure processes are optimized for current production.

Interfaces with NPI Manager to ensure engineering part updates are assigned and implemented.

At least 8 years of product manufacturing experience

At least 6 years of product manufacturing experience

At least 10 years of product manufacturing experience

Follows all PPE requirements and safety rules/guidelines for all tasks being performed.

AAS in industrial maintenance and maintenance reliability certifications are preferred.

Experience working in an industrial environment in a position containing a routine maintenance component.

3 to 5 years of heavy industrial mechanical maintenance experience.

Intermediate knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, stick and tig welding and rigging principles.

Troubleshoots and services pumps, gear boxes, motors, cranes, and hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed at an intermediate level.

High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.

Good written and oral communication

Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes

Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate

Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.

Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.

Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.

Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown. Troubleshoots (when necessary). Repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.

Operates machine shop equipment and makes required parts when necessary.

Maintains cleanliness of work area.

Strong background in mathematics and computer applications to include database management software and PLC/HMI operations.

Strong organization, decision-making, judgment, and team-oriented skills are essential to manage numerous projects of variable complexity.

Manage the site test instrument standards program.

Minimum three (3) years of controls, automation, instrumentation and/or electrical experience

Associates degree in a technical discipline, completion of a technical school program, or equivalent formal technical education

State accredited Journeyman or Professional certification from a nationally recognized body such as the Instrument Society of America (ISA)
