Industrial Equipment Mechanic Jobs in Utah

Possess specific fundamental knowledge of bearings, power transmission equipment, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, welding principles, rigging, overhead cranes, gearboxes, and mobile equipment operation

Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment, hand tools and personal knowledge to determine root cause

Minimum 3 years of field experience in either heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Experience with welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance preferred

Starting pay for this position is $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.

Perform troubleshooting and repair or replacement of defective and damaged parts

Experience with conveyors and conveyance systems.

Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.

Working knowledge of Hydraulic systems and ability to troubleshoot.

NCCER Certification helpful but not required.

Minimum three (3) years proven experience or comparable field preferably within the Industrial Maintenance industry.

Basic electrical and controls knowledge a plus.
