Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated success working with Tribes and Indigenous communities:

Manage the planning, community engagement, design and construction of new and existing public parks and other open spaces.

Select, hire and manage landscape architects, architects, engineers, contractors and other consultants needed to deliver the projects.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts.

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a relevant subject is a plus.

Successful leadership or team management experience is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in sales systems, property management systems, and central reservation systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and parts of the world.

Seven (7) plus years of progressive work-related experience in travel industry with focus on sales systems.

Lead the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of the engagement team, including overseeing the team’s analysis and deliverables

Coach and mentor junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprenticeship-based development model

Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights

At least 6 years of experience working with healthcare providers, including 2+ years managing others
