Index Volatility Trader Jobs

Risk Management: Employ sophisticated risk management techniques to monitor and mitigate trading risks associated with equity options positions.

Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize a portfolio of equity options positions, ensuring diversification and risk control.

Proficiency in options pricing, volatility modeling, and risk management techniques.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in trading operations.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

In-depth knowledge of equity options markets, pricing models, and derivatives trading strategies.

Previous experience with senior stakeholder management, including presentations to C-level executives and Board members

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Previous experience within financial services working with Data & Analytics services

Experienced professional with previous exposure to both buy-side and sell-side institutions will be a big advantage

You will work with clients and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their business needs

You will work with a variety of financial institutions both buy-side and sell-side as well as custodians and fund administrators

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

1+ years of experience in a collaborative work environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Guide the integration and implementation of the Culture Index program across the global organization.

Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders on the proper understanding, application, and utilization of Culture Index surveys and Cjob questionnaires

Prior experience in Investment Management or Financial Services

In-depth knowledge of, or experience working with ETFs

2+ years of experience trading US ETFs

Experience pricing and analyzing ETFs

Experience with programming in Python

You are an experienced commodities options trader with at least 4 years’ experience

You will maximize revenue by both finding, and then capitalizing on short term mispricings, as well as managing larger positions

You will work closely with our best-in-class research and quant teams to analyze your results and improve your approach

You will have lots of responsibility and ownership early to drive strategies forward and be successful

You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a healthy risk appetite, are competitive by nature, and are a fast decision maker
