Inclusion Programs Manager Jobs

Review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with staff and assist with recommended modifications.

Three years of experience working with children with diverse needs.

Two years of experience in out of school programs required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in program management or event execution

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of previous administrative office assistant experience at a studio, network, production company or talent agency

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

Previous experience working with high-level executives and creative talent

Experience in social impact; creative placemaking, inclusive design, impact communications and/or community organizing are a plus

Support integration of key DEIB components into core talent management, culture transformation and management process activities.

Manage relationships with ERG leaders and key stakeholders and promote alignment of ERG goals and initiatives to overall company strategy.

Proven experience operating across multiple cultures, teams and stakeholders.

Proven experience building effective relationships and communicating with the executive to junior audiences; Able to influence and persuade effectively.
