Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in the hospitality, travel, or real estate industry.

Skilled in both Microsoft and Google suites of products, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.

Book groups that are social in nature (ie. Weddings, bachelor parties, family reunions/retreats, social group gatherings

Understanding of the hotel industry’s reservations landscape and segments

Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information that meets risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

Approve services that do not require a medical review in accordance with the benefit plan.

Performs non-medical research including eligibility verification, COB, and benefits verification.

1-2 years of call center experience required

2-4 years experience as a medical assistant, office assistant or other clinical experience
