Customer Service Inbound I (Intake Unit)
Answering the switchboard, entering applications and bills as needed, ordering documentation for claims and processing ongoing counselling expenses for payment.
Performs the basic routine technical clerical work involved in the review and processing of claim applications.
Duties will also include coverage of the receptionist window and the VCCO switchboard.
