Bachelor’s degree required or must have equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience working in the banking and/or credit union industry

Experience in MS office tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Client facing experience with internal/external clients

2+ years DNA core processing system experience

Experience to execute on deliverables on time, troubleshooting issues by utilizing analytical skills

Manage/resolve a fixed percentage of Service cases, prepare and escalate others to higher levels within the team

1+ years DNA Core system experience OR

5+ Years in subject area of expertise within the financial industry or other Core implementation experience

Experience working with internal and external clients

Support sales and consulting team
