Demonstrated experience in integrated facilities management, preferably in an educational or public sector environment.

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or professional affiliations are a plus.

Proven vendor management skills, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications.

Strong knowledge of soft services, including custodial operations and grounds maintenance.

Regularly interact with teams in 94 countries outside the US home market and support them on franchise governance and management

Support an annual governance survey for all CCOs, analyze data for insights, and present results to regional senior managers

3+ years of professional experiences in an international bank

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

CCO talent development – help build and maintain the talent pipeline for CCO roles and support their development journey

Assist in global program support and coordination for countries, including corporate priority areas such as risk and controls and regulatory engagement

Experience with human resource and performance management processes

CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred

Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring

Assure integration, as applicable, across all service delivery work streams: facilities management, commercial management, project services, brokerage services and portfolio administration

Ensure Site ?Managers & Premises Coordinators maintain accurate, timely, qualitative and reliable management reporting

Ensure that all matters/issues pertaining to human resources, legal and risk management are coordinated and resolved at the C&W levels
