Identity Management Support Analyst Jobs

University Degree (bachelor’s degree) preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Finance, or other relevant discipline.

Manage information flows and oversee change controls, risk registers and issue management by establishing document control procedures.

Supports the Project Manager with financial reports; including developing financial monitoring and reporting formats as per UNOPS requirements.

Manage workshop preparation inclusive of travels, procurement and participants.

Support the Project Manager on the delivery of assigned work packages.

Ensure accurate data entry into UNOPS ERP system (OneUNOPS) and OneUNOPS Projects – as appropriate.

Demonstrated experience supporting project management initiatives within a cybersecurity environment.

Excellent time management and organization skills, handling multiple, simultaneous and changing priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.

Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, ClickUp etc.

Conduct briefings and present materials to large audiences and/or senior and executive management.

Demonstrated experience establishing, documenting, and managing the scope, schedule, and resource allocation

Communicate effectively with cybersecurity client points of contacts (POCs) on project topics, manage expectations, establish and maintain effective working relationships

Possesses a thorough understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft.

Capable of coordinating analysis production with senior level and Team Lead oversight.

Able to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.

Able to brief mission and production related topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences.

Able to operate both independently and as a member of a team.

US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ current SCI.

5+ years of experience in identity management

Provide identity management consulting for business partners and technology teams

Build and deploy customizations for the identity management platform

Experience working remotely with a globally distributed team

BS/MS in a technology related discipline, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience working in infrastructure operations and engineering

Identify areas to automate with regard to access management.

Assist IT Security and IT Compliance to enhance IT Security Policies and Procedures for Identity Access Management.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of IT-related operation, security, or networking experience.

Preferred experience in a casino/hotel resort environment.

Preferred degree in Bachelor in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Certifications preferred: CISSP, IAM, CISM.

Must have a background within the Identity and Access Management space

Familiarity with different project management styles

Cross-functional issue resolution between product management, engineering, support, and sales

Practical System Integration and Implementation experience

Skills with DevOps best practices including deployment automation tools, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes

Comfortable with subjects such as TCP/IP networking, Virtual/Cloud Machines, Network Security (TLS,), OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, Data Stores
