Manage and develop HVAC staff, including setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.

Has the ability and willingness to learn the industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.

Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws and ensures service department adheres to all rules.

Experience with a residential home service company

Implement an effective installed base management process to safeguard the data quality in BPCS and Salesforce.com.

Ensure proper ServicePlan management through standard tools and in alignment with the strategy set by the Central Team in Bay Minette.

Provide leadership and supervision of Service Managers in the region.

Manage and develop regional service team into a modern, professional and cost efficient business unit with customer focus.

Manage the recruitment process and strategic placement of roles within the operational organization.

Maintain documentation/certification records relevant to this training.
