Maintains thorough knowledge of accommodations, package plans, and Resort facilities
Manage and participate in the arrival and departure processes
Expert knowledge of the hotel PMS, the Paws Up app, and all other programs and systems
Trains Front Desk personnel to Forbes’ 5-Star standards
