Overview:

The Human Resources Specialist Urgent Hiring is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions in the organization. The Human Resources Specialist will also be responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Human Resources Specialist Urgent Hiring will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Prepare and extend offers of employment to successful candidates.
• Onboard new employees and ensure they receive the necessary orientation and training.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and review employee performance and provide feedback.
• Assist with employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources.
